I’m writing a speech and citing a source.This book contains essays and articles, so how do I cite it?

b. AUTHOR of the essay/article, “SECTION/PART of the essay or article where information was found,” WHERE the essay/article ORIGINALLY CAME FROM, REFERENCED IN the name of the book I am reading?
OR
c. Something completely different, haha.
