I’m writing a speech and citing a source. This book contains essays and articles, so how do I cite it?

Transcendental asked:

Would I put:

a. AUTHOR of the essay/article, “SECTION/PART of the essay or article where information was found,” WHERE the essay/article ORIGINALLY CAME FROM?

b. AUTHOR of the essay/article, “SECTION/PART of the essay or article where information was found,” WHERE the essay/article ORIGINALLY CAME FROM, REFERENCED IN the name of the book I am reading?

OR

c. Something completely different, haha.

Please help me.
Thanks

Patricia
