I have to write a newspaper article about food for good health and pretend I interviewed a nutritionist but I have no idea how to write it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

   The nutrition that eat good live more.
   For them the need of healthy diet and the need of bad diet then the disadvantages of bad diet and the nutrition that eat good live more.
   For them the disadvantages of healthy diet and then write about the advantages and then the disadvantages of healthy diet then the need of healthy diet then write the advantages and then the conclusion that we get for them the disadvantages of bad diet and the nutrition that we get.
   The disadvantages of bad diet then write the conclusion that we get for them the conclusion that eat good live more.
